Gap: Big Size Clothes

Ever walked into a Korean store, looking for clothes to fit an expat but having no success? Well, hope is now here: in the form of Gap (a North American favorite). They have an abundance of big size clothing. Expat size you could say. They've got all the basics.

It's at the YaWooRi. Just go in the main entrance and go straight to the back. Or from the bus terminal, go up the stairs near the Coffee Bean (the inside one) and you'll see it.

Hi,

sorry this is not about your post but how do I go about getting information onto your website about a yoga class that I go to. I'm thinking there are others out there who would like to go

Question: Where is the Gap in relation to the Cheonan subway station?

Sorry, not sure of any yoga information. I know there are a few classes around. Maybe ask some Korean co-workers?

The Gap is at the bus terminal in the YaWooRi Building. It's about a 15 walk or 2000 taxi ride from the train station. Just look up and follow the big road signs and you'll find your way.

I'm new here. Does anyone have a map of Cheonan in English? I don't know where anything is.

Thanks, also does anyone have a suggestion for a good bank in Cheonan so that I can transfer money to my US bank fairly cheaply? Or if there's a bank that has a branch in America would also be good.

Banks...not so sure of the current information on this. Perhaps check on the Korean forums at www.eslcafe.com and see what the latest news is.

Jackie. I’m Canadian and have lived in Cheonan since Jan 1999. I might be able to answer some of your questions. Cheonan has changed a lot in the last 20 years, you can email to albioloch@gmail.com. That’s an old address that I don’t use regularly but it still active. My iPad will indicate if you have replied. One thing I have found in Cheonan is you sort of got to shop for certain things at certain stores. Problem is there’s a good chance when you go back that store has changed or no longer exists.
